Cancellations/No Show Policy:

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. No Show or appointments cancelled within less than 24 Hours may be charged our 50% rate for that appointment. We understand that life happens and unexpected things come up, please call or text as soon as you’re able to reschedule.

Pregnancy & Medical Conditions:

Completion of a pre-treatment intake questionnaire is required before any service. Certain treatments or products may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, please inform your esthetician of any additional medical concerns or if you are wearing contact lenses.

Skin Care Services & Sun Exposure:

Please avoid the sun on the day of treatment and, in some cases, one day or more, as instructed, depending on service provided. We encourage clients to always wear sun protection and a hat when sun exposure can occur.

Children:

To maintain a relaxing atmosphere for our guests, we ask that you do not bring children.

Payment:

We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, cash and Taylor Woods Skincare Gift Certificates.

Treatment Refunds, Gift Certificates & Package Series

Except for replacing damaged retail products (within 14 days), NO refunds, exchanges or credits on gift certificates, prepaid packages or prepaid treatments. All sales are final.

Taylor Woods Skincare is a Professional Establishment

As an esthetician, Taylor  bring years of training and continuing education to provide services that support health, relaxation, and renewal. If Taylor Woods ever feels a client is behaving inappropriately, she will stop the treatment immediately and ask you to leave.

Zero Tolerance Policy for Sexual or Provocative Behavior

All treatments provided by Taylor Woods are clinical in nature. No sexual conversation or behavior will be tolerated at anytime. Any inappropriate words, jokes, or suggestions will result in the immediate termination of a client’s treatment. Clients that have treatments terminated due to inappropriate behavior, will be charged the full treatment fee. Furthermore, subsequent treatments at Taylor Woods Skincare will be denied and a police report for sexual harassment will be filed.

Skincare Product Shipping Information:

• Shipping is FREE within the USA.
• Shipped via USPS from Los Angeles, California.
• Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
• We currently do not ship to addresses outside of the USA.

California Sales Tax on Skincare Products:

• We are a California based company. Orders shipped to an address in California will also incur 10.25% California Sales Tax charge at checkout.

Skin Care Product Returns & Exchanges:

When you purchase skincare products from Taylor Woods Skincare, I guarantee that you are getting a quality products from Rhonda Ellison, Eminence, and/or my own skin care line. If something is not right with your order, please give me a chance to correct the issue.

• Return must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of shipment from an order placed on the website or from buying product at Taylor’s studio.
• All products to be returned must be unused, in good condition, and unaltered/undamaged. They must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• Taylor Woods Skincare reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if returned merchandise does not meet the above criteria.
• Exchanges subject to availability of item.
• You will be billed for new shipping charges if you ordered on the website.
• If return/exchange is unacceptable, it will be returned at your expense, should you want it shipped back to you.
• There are no refunds for lost mail due to incomplete/incorrect address, for orders placed on the website. It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct as I will not be responsible for your error.

Product Refunds:

APPROVED REFUNDS:
• Approved refunds will be issued via PayPal, within 72 hours of receipt of your returned merchandise. Please allow a few days for bank processing.
• Merchandise total and applicable taxes will be refunded, but no shipping.
• You will receive a confirmation via email once initiated.
